Mr. Rao founded and built MphasiS, an IT solutions provider and one of  India’s top five BPO companies. It is one of the world’s most well-respected IT services companies with over 12,000 employees and an impressive blue-chip customer list.

Mr. Venkatesan assumed responsibilities for Microsoft’s marketing, operational and business development efforts in India in 2004. Before joining Microsoft he served as Chairman of Cummins India Ltd. Under his leadership, Cummins became the leading provider of power solutions and the largest manufacturer of automotive engines in the country.

Mr. Durante recently retired as Executive Director of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and President of Mahindra’s Automotive Division, India’s seventh largest company and one of Asia’s most well respected industrial manufacturers.

Established the Private Equity division of India’s Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) in 2002. IDFC has a capitalization of approximately USD 3 billion while its private equity division has become India’s largest and most active private equity firm focused on infrastructure development, with over USD 600 million in managed assets.
