Madison Raffensperger’s journey with Cutler began right out of school, and she’s been bringing structure, clarity, and a can-do spirit to the firm ever since. With experience across multiple Cutler offices, from Anchorage to Newport Beach, Madison has developed a deep understanding of wealth management operations and a reputation for turning complexity into calm. Now, as Operations Manager, she thrives on helping clients confidently navigate financial paperwork, technology platforms, and account logistics.
Rooted in Southern Oregon, Madison grew up on the soccer field and spent her summers volunteering at Boy Scout camp, where she ran archery activities and built her signature blend of discipline and heart. She continues to give back through her involvement as a Jackson County Fair Board Member. Madison loves history, and she particularly likes historical fiction by Kristin Hannah. Her love of history allows her to bring curiosity and empathy to every interaction, and she especially appreciates the diverse stories and backgrounds her clients share.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys live music, a good book, and losing herself in a scroll of her favorite topics. Her go-to mantra, “Get Sh*t Done,” perfectly captures her approach to tackling challenges and making progress. If she could share a meal with anyone, she’d choose Michelle Obama, whose insights on motherhood and leadership inspire her, and Tim Allen, whose warmth and humor remind her to enjoy the ride.
In 2021, Madison married the love of her life—celebrating with the full Cutler team on the dance floor to Garth Brooks. She earned her Associate’s Degree from Rogue Community College while growing professionally, and she continues to prioritize learning and self-development.
Madison finds the greatest reward in working with family-oriented clients, especially older generations who offer wisdom and perspective. She’s committed to cultivating a culture of loyalty and honesty, guided by the belief: “There aren’t many mistakes that can’t be undone, but own it, because integrity matters.” Her straightforward nature and dedication to follow-through have earned her the trust of both colleagues and clients alike.
