Carol Fischer

As a licensed Investment Advisor Representative, Carol Fischer brings decades of experience and a steadfast commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Born and raised in Arcadia, Iowa, just after Christmas, Carol’s Midwestern upbringing taught her the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance—principles that continue to shape her approach to client service today. After graduating, she began her career at US National Bank in Omaha, but soon felt called to a new adventure. Alongside three friends, she packed her car with everything she owned and drove straight to Newport Beach, California, where she quickly embraced the Southern California lifestyle and met her husband.
Carol spent five years with Bank of Newport, working her way up to Trust Officer before joining Cutler & Company in 1983. From her very first interview, she knew she had found the right place to build her career. When Cutler relocated to Southern Oregon in 1984, Carol and her family made the move as well. Over the years, she has served in several key roles, including Chief Operating Officer, before stepping into her current position as Director of Client Relations. She continues to find deep satisfaction in guiding clients through investment allocation decisions and helping them clarify their financial needs and goals.
A passionate advocate for financial literacy—especially among women—Carol enjoys empowering clients with the knowledge they need to make confident decisions.
Carol is deeply engaged in the Rogue Valley community. She has served as a Board Member for the local Chamber of Commerce (the largest in Oregon), Pacific Retirement Services, Kids Unlimited Academy, the University Club, and the University Club Foundation. She remains active in Medford Rogue Rotary, where she is a past President and former Board Member of the Medford Rogue Rotary Foundation, which provides scholarships to deserving high school seniors. She has also served on the Board of the Crater Lake Boy Scout Council.
Carol takes great pride in her two grown sons and has long been a supporter of local youth athletics—especially the South Medford Panthers.
